How I can get Dook power bank?
You can get Dook power bank by:
- Fastest way (without App): Quickly access the power bank and pay by visiting Dook website and scanning the QR code.
- By Using the Dook App: Download Dook App and scan the QR code.

Starting a rental with a card directly on the Dook Station POS terminal, the flat pricing applies.

Starting a rental with the Dook Android or iOS App or with the Dook web app, the pay-per-use pricing applies.

Some Dook Stations have a payment terminal.
Just tap your card or phone on the terminal and a powerbank will be ejected in a few seconds.
If the card is not contactless, insert it into the terminal reader (at the bottom of the terminal) and enter the PIN.
The price is fixed, it does not depend on how long you keep the powerbank, as long as it is within the max rental time.

Pre-Authorization: When you start a rental, a pre-authorization is placed on your payment method. Rest assured, this is not an actual payment—it’s just a security measure.

When you start a power bank rental, a payment pre-authorization is placed on your preferred payment method. This transaction is just to guarantee that there is enough money available for covering the rental of your power bank.
You will receive a notification from your bank, but do not worry, you are not going to be charged.
Once you are done using your power bank, only the price of your rental will be charged.
Depending on your bank, it can take a few hours to a few days for the amount to be adjusted on your statements. This is entirely normal.
