These terms and conditions represent a formal agreement (“contract”) between the Dook platform and the customers who use the Dook platform, which is an electronic platform that allows customers to rent portable power banks from specified locations on the Dook app map.

Any use by you of the services provided by the Dook platform constitutes your acceptance of this contract and its terms. Therefore, you must not use the platform if you do not agree with the terms and conditions contained in this contract.

Dook reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions without prior notice. It is your responsibility as a platform user to periodically review the terms of use to stay informed of any updates. Eligibility for Services

You affirm and guarantee the following:

– You have not been previously disabled from using Dook services or prevented from using them at any time.

– You are not a competitor to Dook, nor do you offer any product that competes with the services provided by Dook.

– You have full power and authority to enter into this contract, and you are not in violation of any law or contract, nor do you have any legal or criminal charges against you.

Warranties and Representations

You affirm and guarantee that you will:

– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

– Provide accurate and truthful information to Dook and update it periodically.

– Review and comply with any notifications sent by Dook regarding your use of the services provided by the platform.

– Use the service or platform only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent purposes.

– Not use the service or platform to cause harm, harassment, or annoyance to anyone.

– Not disrupt the proper operation of the Dook platform.

– Not attempt to harm the service or platform in any way.

– Not copy or distribute the platform or other content without written permission from Dook.

– Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account password or any other credentials we provide to you to access your account.

– Provide us with all necessary proofs of your identity.

– Dook reserves the right to refuse service or platform use without explanation.

Scope of License

Dook grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our services solely for personal purposes (not for commercial purposes) in accordance with this contract. Therefore, you must:

– Not make the services available for rent, lease, or sublicensing to any third party.

– Not modify, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform.

– Not delete or modify any copyright notices within the services.

– Not share your username or password with others to access Dook services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights to this platform and all materials related to it or that appear on it (including any content provided by Dook or uploaded to the platform by Dook) are owned by Dook, and Dook has the right to dispose of this property as it sees fit. You must not reproduce or allow others to reproduce the services or any trademarks or trade names that appear on the services for any reason.

Payment

Dook reserves the right to impose new fees for using the platform or service or both. If Dook decides to impose new fees, you will be notified and allowed to continue or terminate the contract.

You are required to pay for services via the approved electronic payment methods immediately upon completion of the service. You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from non-payment of the service once it has been completed.

Dook reserves the right to block customers for non-payment of service fees or failure to return rented products. Dook will not lift the block until the due service fees have been paid.

 Pricing

The service price is determined on the platform, and the customer has the right to review the prices and accept them before the service begins. The customer’s acceptance of the offered price constitutes their commitment to pay the service amount upon its completion as specified in the payment section.

Liability and Disputes

Dook is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the platform or service. Dook disclaims any warranties and does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the service.
